Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon powdered erythritol or your preferred keto-friendly sweetener
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- Optional: A pinch of salt or a dash of cinnamon for extra flavor
Instructions
- Mix Dry Ingredients:
- In a medium-sized bowl, combine the cocoa powder, powdered sweetener, and a pinch of salt (if using). Stir until well blended.
- Add Wet Ingredients:
- Pour in the heavy whipping cream and add the vanilla extract.
- Whip the Mixture:
- Use a hand mixer or a whisk to whip the mixture until it reaches a light and fluffy consistency. This usually takes about 1-2 minutes.
- Serve:
- Spoon the mousse into serving dishes. You can enjoy it immediately or refrigerate it for a colder, firmer texture.
