Keto Cheetos

Ingredients:
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese (or any cheese you prefer)
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional, for a spicy kick)
Instructions:
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, shredded cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper (if using). Mix well.
- Add Egg: Add the egg to the mixture and mix until it forms a dough.
- Shape Cheetos: Take small portions of the dough and roll them into thin logs or shapes resembling Cheetos. You can also use a piping bag for more uniform shapes.
- Bake: Place the shaped dough on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until they turn golden brown and crispy.
- Cool: Let them cool completely on a wire rack before enjoying.
