Keto Cheetos

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese (or any cheese you prefer)
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional, for a spicy kick)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, shredded cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper (if using). Mix well.
  3. Add Egg: Add the egg to the mixture and mix until it forms a dough.
  4. Shape Cheetos: Take small portions of the dough and roll them into thin logs or shapes resembling Cheetos. You can also use a piping bag for more uniform shapes.
  5. Bake: Place the shaped dough on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until they turn golden brown and crispy.
  6. Cool: Let them cool completely on a wire rack before enjoying.
