Keto Cheddar Biscuits

Ingredients:
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- ½ tsp garlic powder (optional)
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup melted butter
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs, then mix in sour cream and melted butter.
- Add wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until combined.
- Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese.
- Scoop out portions of the dough onto the baking sheet. Shape them into biscuits.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
