Keto Cheddar Biscuits

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp garlic powder (optional)
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup melted butter

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs, then mix in sour cream and melted butter.
  4. Add wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until combined.
  5. Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Scoop out portions of the dough onto the baking sheet. Shape them into biscuits.
  7. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
