Instructions:
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
- Melt Butter: In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Once melted, remove from heat.
- Mix Dry Ingredients: Stir the erythritol, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder into the melted butter until well combined.
- Add Eggs and Vanilla: Beat in the eggs, one at a time, until fully incorporated. Stir in the vanilla extract.
- Add Almond Flour: Fold in the almond flour until the mixture is smooth and well combined. If you’re using chocolate chips, gently fold them in now.
- Pour and Spread: Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Bake: Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs. Be careful not to overbake, as the brownies will continue to firm up as they cool.
- Cool and Cut: Allow the brownies to cool completely in the pan before lifting them out using the parchment paper overhang. Cut into squares and enjoy!
These brownies are rich, fudgy, and perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth while sticking to a keto diet.
