Keto Broccoli Cheese Bites

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups broccoli florets, finely chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. Steam the broccoli florets until they are tender, then finely chop them.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the chopped broccoli, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, almond flour, beaten egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are fully incorporated.
  4. Using a spoon or your hands, form the mixture into small bite-sized balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the bites are golden brown and crispy on the outside.
  6. Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.

Tips:

  • You can add a bit of crushed red pepper flakes if you like a little heat.
  • Serve with a dipping sauce of your choice, such as ranch or a keto-friendly marinara sauce.
