Keto Broccoli Cheese Bites

Ingredients:
- 2 cups broccoli florets, finely chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- Steam the broccoli florets until they are tender, then finely chop them.
- In a large bowl, combine the chopped broccoli, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, almond flour, beaten egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are fully incorporated.
- Using a spoon or your hands, form the mixture into small bite-sized balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the bites are golden brown and crispy on the outside.
- Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.
Tips:
- You can add a bit of crushed red pepper flakes if you like a little heat.
- Serve with a dipping sauce of your choice, such as ranch or a keto-friendly marinara sauce.
