Steam the broccoli florets until they are tender, then finely chop them.
In a large bowl, combine the chopped broccoli, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, almond flour, beaten egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are fully incorporated.
Using a spoon or your hands, form the mixture into small bite-sized balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the bites are golden brown and crispy on the outside.
Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.

You can add a bit of crushed red pepper flakes if you like a little heat.
