Keto Avocado Tuna Salad

Ingredients:
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 can (5 oz) tuna in water or oil (drained)
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise (optional, for extra creaminess)
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp chopped red onion (optional)
- 1 tbsp chopped celery or cucumber (for crunch)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro or parsley (optional)
Instructions:
- Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop into a bowl.
- Mash the avocado with a fork until smooth or slightly chunky—your choice.
- Add the drained tuna, lemon juice, mayo, onion, celery, salt, and pepper.
- Mix everything together until well combined.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
- Garnish with chopped herbs if desired.
Serving Ideas:
- Serve in lettuce wraps 🌿
