Keto Avocado Tuna Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 can (5 oz) tuna in water or oil (drained)
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise (optional, for extra creaminess)
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp chopped red onion (optional)
  • 1 tbsp chopped celery or cucumber (for crunch)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro or parsley (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop into a bowl.
  2. Mash the avocado with a fork until smooth or slightly chunky—your choice.
  3. Add the drained tuna, lemon juice, mayo, onion, celery, salt, and pepper.
  4. Mix everything together until well combined.
  5. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
  6. Garnish with chopped herbs if desired.

Serving Ideas:

  • Serve in lettuce wraps 🌿
