🥣 Ingredients

“Cracker” Base (Low-Carb):

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1 tbsp cream cheese
  • 1 egg
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional: poppy seeds or sesame seeds

Filling:

  • Sliced ham (low-sodium, no added sugar)
  • Cheese slices (cheddar, Swiss, or mozzarella)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1. Make Low-Carb Crackers:

  • Melt mozzarella + cream cheese together
  • Stir in almond flour, egg, baking powder, salt
  • Roll dough thin between parchment paper
  • Cut into small round “cracker” shapes
  • Place on baking sheet and sprinkle seeds on top

2. Assemble:
