Ingredients:
- Almond flour β 1 cup
- Ghee β 4 tbsp
- Erythritol or Stevia β 3 to 4 tbsp (adjust to taste)
- Cardamom powder β 1/2 tsp
- Warm water or unsweetened almond milk β 1/2 cup
- Chopped almonds or pistachios β for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
- Heat Ghee
In a non-stick pan, add ghee and let it melt on low flame. - Roast Almond Flour
Add almond flour and roast it in ghee for 5β7 minutes on medium-low heat. Keep stirring until it turns golden and aromatic. - Add Liquid
Slowly add warm water or almond milk while stirring to avoid lumps. - Sweeten It
Add erythritol or your preferred keto sweetener. Mix well until it dissolves completely. - Flavor
Add cardamom powder and stir until halwa thickens and leaves the sides of the pan. - Garnish & Serve
Top with chopped nuts and serve warm.

For a richer taste, you can use a mix of almond flour and a little coconut flour, but adjust liquid accordingly.
