Home Made KETO PIZZA CHIPS

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning (or oregano)
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup pizza sauce (optional, for dipping)
  • Toppings (pepperoni, olives, or your favorite low-carb options)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix the dry ingredients: In a bowl, combine almond flour, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the wet ingredients: Crack the egg into the bowl and add the mozzarella cheese. Stir everything together until a dough forms.
  4. Form the chips: Roll the dough between two sheets of parchment paper into a thin layer, about 1/8 inch thick. Remove the top layer of parchment paper and cut the dough into chip-sized squares or triangles.
  5. Bake the chips: Place the dough pieces on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
  6. Optional toppings: If you’d like, add a few slices of pepperoni or other low-carb toppings on top of the chips before baking.
  7. Serve: Once the chips are done, remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly. Serve with pizza sauce for dipping or enjoy as they are!
