1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions:
Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
Prepare Vegetables:
For Zucchini: Wash and cut the zucchinis into thin strips, similar to the shape of French fries.
For Eggplant: Wash and cut the eggplant into thin strips.
