Ingredients
- 500 g ground beef or turkey/chicken
- 4 medium potatoes thinly sliced
- 2 carrots sliced into thin rounds
- 1 small onion sliced
- 1 cup bell peppers sliced (optional)
- 3 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp dried oregano or Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ cup shredded cheese cheddar or mozzarella, optional
- Fresh parsley optional, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat
- Oven: 200°C (400°F)
- OR preheat grill to medium heat.
- Prepare the Packets
- Cut 4 large sheets of aluminum foil.
- Lightly grease each with oil or butter.
