Ingredients

Salmon Bites

  • 1½ lbs salmon fillet, skin removed and cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp lime juice

Lime Yogurt Dip

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • Juice + zest of 1 lime
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tbsp chopped cilantro
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of black pepper

Optional Garnishes

  • Green onions
  • Sesame seeds
  • Extra lime wedges
  • Cilantro

Instructions

1. Marinate the Salmon

In a bowl combine:

  • Olive oil
  • Sweet chili sauce
  • Soy sauce
  • Garlic powder
  • Smoked paprika
  • Black pepper
  • Lime juice

Add salmon pieces and gently toss to coat.

Let sit for 10–15 minutes.


2. Cook the Salmon

Air Fryer Method

  • Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Arrange salmon in a single layer.
  • Cook 7–9 minutes, shaking halfway through.

Oven Method

  • Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 10–12 minutes.

Pan-Seared Method

  • Cook over medium-high heat for 2–3 minutes per side.

3. Make the Lime Yogurt Dip

Mix together:

  • Greek yogurt
  • Lime juice and zest
  • Garlic
  • Cilantro
  • Salt and pepper

Chill until serving.
