- 1 box vanilla wafers (use less or high-protein biscuits if available)
- 4β5 bananas (sliced)
- 1 cup strawberries (sliced)
πͺ High-Protein Cream Layer:
- 2 cups Greek yogurt (thick/hung curd works best)
- 1 cup cottage cheese (blended smooth)
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 2β3 tbsp honey or maple syrup (adjust sweetness)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
π₯ Instructions
- Make the protein cream
- Blend cottage cheese until smooth
- Mix with Greek yogurt, protein powder, honey, and vanilla
- Chill for 10β15 minutes for best texture
- Layer the dessert
In a dish or tray:- Layer vanilla wafers
- Add sliced bananas & strawberries
- Spread a thick layer of protein cream
- Repeat layers until everything is used.
- Chill
- Refrigerate for 2β4 hours (or overnight)
- This softens the wafers and blends flavors
