- Prep the feta
- Cut feta into bite-sized cubes
- Pat dry gently (helps marinade stick better)
- Make the marinade
- In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, olive oil, garlic, oregano, chili flakes, lemon, and pepper
- Combine
- Gently toss feta cubes in the marinade until coated
- Marinate
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1β2 hours (overnight = best flavor)
