- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 slices turkey bacon (or regular bacon, cooked & crumbled)
- Β½ small onion (finely chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tbsp ketchup (optional)
- 1 tsp mustard
- Salt & black pepper to taste

- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cup self-rising flour (or flour + 1 tsp baking powder + pinch salt)

- 1 tbsp butter (melted)
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp parsley (optional)

- Cook the filling
- In a pan, cook ground beef with onion & garlic
- Add salt, pepper, mustard, ketchup
- Stir in cooked bacon
- Cook until browned, then remove from heat
- Mix in shredded cheese while warm
- Make the dough
- Mix Greek yogurt + flour until a soft dough forms
- Knead lightly (donβt overwork)
- Roll & fill
- Roll dough into a rectangle
- Spread the beef mixture evenly
- Roll tightly like a log
- Slice & bake
- Cut into rollups (about 1β1.5 inch pieces)
- Place on a baking tray
- Brush with garlic butter
- Bake
- 180Β°C (350Β°F) for 20β25 minutes
- Until golden brown and cooked through
