Healthy Chocolate Banana Oat Bread

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • Chopped nuts (optional, for topping)
  • Banana slices (optional, for decoration)
  • Chocolate drizzle (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a large bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
  3. Add the eggs and mix well.
  4. Stir in the rolled oats, cocoa powder, and baking powder. Mix until fully combined.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
  6. Decorate with banana slices and chopped nuts if desired.
  7. Bake for 35–40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  8. Let it cool before adding chocolate drizzle on top.
  9. Slice and enjoy!
