Ingredients:
400g of natural skyra
3 eggs
1⁄2 cup erythritol or sugar
1 pack of vanilla pudding (approx. 40 g)
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 tablespoon of potato flour (optional)
1 cup of fruit (cherries, apricots, peaches or others)
The preparation:
Mix skyr, eggs, erythritol, pudding, vanilla and flour.
Mix briefly to combine the ingredients.
Pour the mass into a 20×25 cm form.
Arrange the fruit on top and press it slightly.
Bake 35-40 minutes at 180°C.
Refrigerate and chill for a minimum of 2 hours.
