Grilled Chili-Rubbed Short Ribs

A tasty and delicious recipe with a spicy touch.


  • 1 kiwi
  • 2 lbs Short Ribs
  • 1 tbsp White Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Chili Powder
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper


  • Rub the short ribs with kiwi and refregerate in a plastic bag for 8 hours.
  • Mix chili powder, sugar, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and cayenne in a bowl for the dry rub.
  • Lay the short ribs on a baking sheet and sprinkle with the dry rub you’ve prepared.
  • Preheat the grill to medium heat and cook for about 2-3 minutes each side.
