Air Fryer Recipes
Fruit Scones.First time in my air fryer

Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup cold unsalted butter, cut into small cubes
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup dried fruit (such as raisins, currants, or chopped apricots)
Instructions:
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (180°C) for about 5 minutes.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the cold butter cubes to the dry ingredients. Use a pastry cutter or your fingers to work the butter into the flour mixture until it resembles coarse crumbs.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
- Gently fold in the dried fruit until evenly distributed throughout the dough.
- Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and pat it into a circle about 1 inch thick.
- Use a sharp knife or a biscuit cutter to cut the dough into scones. You should get about 8 scones, depending on the size you prefer.
- Place the scones in the air fryer basket, leaving a little space between each one.
- Air fry the scones at 350°F (180°C) for 10-12 minutes, or until they are golden brown and cooked through.
- Once done, remove the scones from the air fryer and let them cool on a wire rack for a few minutes before serving.
- Enjoy your delicious fruit scones plain or with a dollop of clotted cream and jam!
