Firecracker Bacon Cheddar Stuffed Onion Bombs


Ingredients:

3 large onionsBacon

1 lb (450g) ground beef

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

6 slices bacon (cooked & chopped)

1 tsp salt

1 tsp black pepper

1 tsp paprika

½ tsp chili flakes (optional for heat)Beef

2 tbsp BBQ sauce

Instructions:

Prepare onions:
Peel onions and cut them in half. Separate the layers to make “shells.”

Make filling:
In a bowl, mix ground beef, cheddar cheese, chopped bacon, salt, pepper, paprika, chili flakes, and BBQ sauce.

Stuff onions:
Take two onion layers and fill the center with the beef mixture. Press another layer around it to form a ball.

Place on a baking tray. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 35–40 minutes until fully cooked.

Optional:
Brush with extra BBQ sauce in the last 5 minutes for extra flavor.
