Eggless Quiches
Ingredients
- 2 Bottles of JUST Egg (plant based egg substitute)
- 2 Deep dish pie crusts
- 2 Zucchinis
- 2 Yellow squashes
- Paprika
- Seasoning salt
- Ground pepper
- .5 cup Cheddar cheese (optional)
•°•Instructions•°• - Dice the Zucchini and yellow squash
- Put half of the diced vegetables in each pie crust
- Add seasonings
- Add .25 cups cheddar cheese
- Add one bottle each of JUST Egg to each pie crust
- Shake the pie plates to ensure the liquid fills in everywhere
Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour.
***This cooking time will vary.
I bake mine until the top starts to brown and then I cover loosely with aluminum foil and continue to bake until a toothpick inserted comes out clean and the pie is firmed up enough to not move when the pan is shaken.
Let it rest until it cools. Cut and serve warn or enjoy the next day!
