Easy Strawberry Smoothie (4 ingredients!)

🥤 Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries 🍓
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of choice) 🥛
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt (or coconut yogurt for dairy-free) 🥄
  • 1 tbsp honey or keto-friendly sweetener 🍯 (optional)

🌀 Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour into a glass, garnish with a strawberry, and enjoy!
