Keto onion rings are a delicious and low-carb twist on the classic fried snack. Traditional onion rings are typically made with wheat flour and breadcrumbs, which are high in carbohydrates.

Ingredients required for KETO CHEESE RINGS WITH ONION

1 large onion,

Cut into 1/2-inch thick rings

1 cup almond flour

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

2 large eggs

Cooking oil for frying (such as avocado oil or coconut oil)


1  Take a deep frying pan and add cooking oil in it and heat up the oil. You can use the thermometer to monitor the temperature 350°F (175°C).

2  With the help of knife slice the onion into 1/2-inch thick rings and makes them into individual rings.

3  Take a bowl and add the almond flour, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper and mix these ingredients together well.

4    Take another bowl and beat the eggs till well combined.

5   Now dip each onion ring into the beaten eggs, and remove any excess to drip off.

6  Now coat it with almond flour and parmesan mixture and then press the coat onto the onion ring to adhere.

7   Now place onion rings into the hot oil and fry for around 2 to 3 minutes till they are crispy and golden brown.

8   Remove onion rings and place them into paper towel to drain excess oil.

9  Serve onion rings with sugar free ketchup.
