Drop biscuits

Ingredients
2c flour
1T bake powder
2t sugar
1/4 t salt
1/2 c melted butter
1 c milk
(Optional -More melted butter and herbs for topping- I use maybe a quarter cup of butter)
450f 8-12 mins
I bake in lightly buttered muffin tins and it makes 12 good size biscuits. Mine baked 12 mins and are perfectly fluffy.
At the end I dribble melted butter with garlic and parsley (the cups help catch allllll the drippings 🀌)
This time I used homemade almond milk and the dough was wetter than normal but the biscuits came out softer πŸ˜‹
These are really addictive!
Also… I’ve used every kind of vegan butter available to me and they all work great πŸ‘
