Crunchy Almond & Flax Seed Crackers: A Nutritious Snack Option! 🌰✨

Ingredients:

– 1 cup almond flour (120g)

– ¼ cup ground flax seeds (30g)

– 2 tablespoons sesame seeds (20g)

– ¼ cup water (60ml)

– 1 tablespoon olive oil (15ml)

– ½ teaspoon sea salt

– ½ teaspoon dried basil

Directions:

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. In a medium bowl, combine almond flour, ground flax seeds, sesame seeds, sea salt, and dried basil.

3. Add water and olive oil to the dry ingredients, mixing until a dough forms.

4. Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll it out to about 1/8-inch (3mm) thickness.

5. Remove the top parchment paper and cut the dough into desired cracker shapes using a knife or pizza cutter.

6. Transfer the parchment paper with the cut dough onto the baking sheet.

7. Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until the crackers are golden brown and crisp.

8. Allow the crackers to cool completely before enjoying.
