Mix the base: In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add vanilla, sweetener, salt, and yogurt/sour cream (if using). Beat until fluffy.
Combine: Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined and airy.
Chill & serve: Spoon into small dessert cups. Chill for 20β30 minutes (or eat right away if you canβt wait!).
