What ingredients do I need to make this Cottage Cheese Queso Dip?

  • Low fat cottage cheese
  • Low sodium taco seasoning
  • Reduced fat cheese, shredded. You can use Mexican, Cheddar or Pepper jack
  • Rotel diced tomatoes with green chilies, drained 

How do I make this Cottage Cheese Queso dip?

Add the cottage cheese and taco seasoning to a blender and blend on high until smooth.

Pour the blended cottage cheese into a microwave safe bowl.

Microwave for 30 second intervals for one minute or until the cheese is melted.

Remove from the microwave and stir vigorously until well combined. 

Garnish with diced tomatoes, chopped jalapeños, or green onions, if desired.
