Cottage Cheese Flatbread Recipe

Ingredients

  • ▢1 Cup Cottage cheese
  • ▢1 Cup All-purpose flour
  • ▢1 Tsp Baking powder
  • ▢1/2 Tsp Salt
  • ▢2 Tbsps Olive oil

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a bowl, mix cottage cheese, flour, baking powder, and salt until a dough forms.
  • Divide the dough into equal portions and roll each portion into a flatbread.
  • Brush each flatbread with olive oil and add desired toppings.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
