Ingredients
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- Pinch of cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
- Spread blueberries evenly across the bottom.
- Dollop cottage cheese over the berries.
- In a bowl, mix oats, honey, melted butter, and cinnamon until crumbly.
- Sprinkle the oat mixture on top.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Cool slightly before serving.
