Cool Whip Cookies

Ingredients:-

  • 1 box (18.25 oz) of any cake mix (try using a sugar-free or reduced-fat cake mix for fewer points)
  • 1 container (8 oz) of fat-free Cool Whip
  • Optional: Confectioners’ sugar or sugar-free frosting for topping (points may vary based on the topping used)

Instructions:-

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cake mix and Cool Whip. Stir until well combined; the mixture will be thick and sticky.
  3. Using a cookie scoop or spoon, drop rounded tablespoons of the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
  5. Remove from the oven and allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
  6. Once cooled, you can dust them with a bit of confectioners’ sugar or add a dollop of sugar-free frosting on top if desired…
