Cookies & Cream Cake

Ingredients:

• 2 cups flour

• 1 cup sugar

• ½ cup butter (or oil)

• 2 eggs

• 1 cup milk

• 1 tsp vanilla

• 1 tsp baking powder

• ½ tsp baking soda

• 1 cup crushed cookies (like Oreo)

Steps:

1. Cream butter and sugar till fluffy.

2. Add eggs + vanilla, mix well.

3. Add milk and dry ingredients → mix smooth.

4. Fold in crushed cookies.

5. Bake at 180°C for 30–35 mins.
