Coconut Flour Keto Bread

Ingredients

  • ½ cup coconut flour
  • 6 eggs (room temperature)
  • ¼ cup butter (melted) or coconut oil
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp apple cider vinegar
  • ¼ cup warm water or unsweetened almond milk
  • (Optional) 1 tbsp psyllium husk powder (more bread-like texture)

🔪 Method

  1. Preheat oven to 170°C / 340°F. Line a loaf pan.
  2. Whisk eggs, melted butter, and vinegar.
  3. Add coconut flour, baking powder, salt (and psyllium if using). Mix well.
  4. Slowly add warm water; batter will thicken.
  5. Pour into pan and smooth the top.
  6. Bake 40–45 minutes until firm and lightly golden.
  7. Cool completely, then slice.

💡 Tips

  • Don’t add extra coconut flour (it absorbs a lot).
  • Cooling fully helps it set properly.
  • Toast slices for best texture.
