Cheesy Sausage Puff Pastry Rolls

Ingredients:
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- ½ lb sausage (pork, chicken, or turkey)
- ½ cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your choice)
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard (optional, for flavor)
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp paprika (optional)
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- Sesame seeds or poppy seeds (optional, for topping)

Instructions:
- Preheat Air Fryer or Oven
- Air Fryer: 375°F (190°C)
- Oven: 400°F (200°C)
- Prepare the Filling
- In a bowl, mix sausage, shredded cheese, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
- Assemble the Rolls
- Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
- Cut into 3 long strips.
- Place sausage mixture along the center of each strip.
- Brush one edge with beaten egg and roll tightly to seal.
- Cut into bite-sized pieces or keep them as long rolls.
- Egg Wash & Topping
- Brush rolls with beaten egg.
- Sprinkle sesame or poppy seeds if desired.
- Cook in Air Fryer
- Place rolls seam-side down in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Bake on a parchment-lined tray for 18-20 minutes until puffed and golden.
- Serve & Enjoy!
- Let cool slightly and serve with dipping sauces like honey mustard, ketchup, or spicy mayo.
