Cheesy roasted cauliflower is a delicious and nutritious side dish. This is keto roasted cauliflower recipe! Keto cheesy roasted cauliflower!

INGREDIENTS

  • Cauliflower florets 360 g/12.7 oz
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Turmeric ½ tsp
  • Powdered garlic ¼ tsp
  • Grated parmesan or Grana Padano ¼ cup/25 g
  • Shredded mozzarella 1 cup/110 g

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat the oven to 190°C/375°F.
  2. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Cut the head of cauliflower into florets and put them into boiling water with a pinch of salt for 3 to 5 minutes.
  4. After 5 minutes place them on a prepared baking sheet. Crush them with the bottom of the glass.
  5. Season with salt, pepper, and spices, and cover with cheese. Make sure to coat everything.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the cauliflower is roasted, cheese melted, and golden-brown on top.
  7. Once the cheesy cauliflower is roasted, remove it from the oven. 
  8. Serve with your favorite sauce, and meat as a keto side dish, or as a keto vegetarian cauliflower dinner with cheese sauce.
