Cheesy roasted cauliflower is a delicious and nutritious side dish. This is keto roasted cauliflower recipe! Keto cheesy roasted cauliflower!
INGREDIENTS
- Cauliflower florets 360 g/12.7 oz
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Turmeric ½ tsp
- Powdered garlic ¼ tsp
- Grated parmesan or Grana Padano ¼ cup/25 g
- Shredded mozzarella 1 cup/110 g
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 190°C/375°F.
- Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut the head of cauliflower into florets and put them into boiling water with a pinch of salt for 3 to 5 minutes.
- After 5 minutes place them on a prepared baking sheet. Crush them with the bottom of the glass.
- Season with salt, pepper, and spices, and cover with cheese. Make sure to coat everything.
- Bake in a preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the cauliflower is roasted, cheese melted, and golden-brown on top.
- Once the cheesy cauliflower is roasted, remove it from the oven.
- Serve with your favorite sauce, and meat as a keto side dish, or as a keto vegetarian cauliflower dinner with cheese sauce.
