Cheesy Chicken Fritters Easy Keto Recipe


  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)
  • Olive oil, for frying


  1. Prepare the Chicken Mixture:
    • In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, shredded mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, almond flour, egg, minced garlic, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
  2. Form the Fritters:
    • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
    • Take about 2 tablespoons of the chicken mixture and form into a small patty or fritter shape. Repeat with the remaining mixture.
  3. Cook the Fritters:
    • Place the fritters in the skillet, making sure not to overcrowd them. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F or 74°C).
  4. Serve:
    • Remove the fritters from the skillet and place them on a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil.
    • Optionally, garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
