Cheesy Beef Sliders
Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Slider buns (12 count)
- Butter, for brushing
Optional toppings:
- Lettuce leaves
- Tomato slices
- Pickles
- Ketchup and mustard

Instructions:
- Prepare the Beef Mixture:
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the chopped onion until softened.
- Add the minced garlic and cook for another 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook until browned and no longer pink.
- Drain any excess grease from the skillet.
- Season the beef with salt, black pepper, and paprika. Stir well to combine.
- Assemble the Sliders:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the slider buns in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
- Spoon a portion of the beef mixture onto each bun bottom, spreading it evenly.
- Add Cheese:
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the beef mixture.
- Top with Bun Halves:
- Place the top halves of the slider buns on top of the cheese.
- Brush with Butter:
- Melt a small amount of butter and brush it over the tops of the slider buns.
- Bake:
- Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the sliders are heated through.
- Serve:
- Remove from the oven and serve the sliders warm.
- Optionally, add toppings such as lettuce, tomato slices, pickles, ketchup, or mustard according to preference.
