  • Ingredients
  • For the Filling:
  • 1 lb 450 g ground beef (80/20 lean recommended)
  • 1 small yellow onion finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 large flour tortillas burrito size
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese optional, for extra melt
  • ½ cup chopped dill pickles
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce iceberg or romaine
  • 1 medium tomato diced
  • For the Burger Sauce:
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
  • Instructions
  • Cook the Beef: Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and chopped onion. Cook for 6–8 minutes, breaking the meat apart with a spatula until fully browned and no pink remains. Drain any excess grease.
  • Season: Sprinkle the garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper over the cooked beef. Stir well to combine, cook for 1 more minute, and remove the skillet from the heat.
  • Make the Sauce: In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard until perfectly smooth.
  • Prepare the Tortillas: Briefly warm the tortillas in the microwave for 10-15 seconds to make them pliable.
  • Assemble the Wraps: Lay a tortilla flat. Spread a spoonful of the burger sauce in the center. Top with a quarter of the seasoned beef, followed by shredded cheddar, mozzarella, chopped pickles, diced tomato, and shredded lettuce.
  • Fold: Fold the left and right sides of the tortilla in over the filling. Then fold the bottom up and roll tightly into a burrito shape. Repeat for all 4 wraps.
  • Toast: Heat a clean skillet over medium heat. Place the wraps seam-side down into the hot skillet. Toast for 1–2 minutes until golden brown and sealed. Carefully flip and toast the other side for another 1–2 minutes until crispy.
  • Serve: Cut in half and serve immediately with extra sauce on the side if desired. Enjoy!
