Ingredients

🔹 Crust

  • 1½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • ⅓ cup unsalted butter, melted

🔹 Cheesecake Filling

  • 4 (8-oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1½ cups granulated sugar
  • ¾ cup whole milk
  • 4 large eggs, room temperature
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour

👩‍🍳 Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Crust

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Mix graham crumbs, sugar, and melted butter.
  3. Press firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes, then remove and let cool.

Step 2: Make the Filling

  1. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add milk and mix until well combined.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, beating on low speed.
  4. Mix in sour cream, vanilla, and flour until just combined (do not overbeat).

Step 3: Bake the Cheesecake

  1. Pour filling over the cooled crust.
  2. Place pan on a baking sheet.
  3. Bake at 325°F for 60 minutes.
  4. Turn oven off, crack the door open, and let cheesecake sit inside for 1 hour.

  1. Remove from oven and cool completely at room temperature.
  2. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before slicing.
