Cassava Cake Recipe (Kamoteng Kahoy)

INGREDIENTS:

● 3 cups grated Cassava

● 3 eggs

● 1 tsp vanilla extract

● ½ tsp salt

● 1 can coconut milk

1 cup of fresh milk

● 50 ml melted butter

● ¾ can condensed milk, adjusted taste

● 100 grams grated cheese

PROCEDURE:

● Preheat oven to 350°F

● Combine the ingredients , eggs, vanilla extract, salt, coconut milk, fresh milk, melted butter, condensed milk, and grated cheese. Whisk together until the mixture combines.

● Add the grated cassava, mix well.

● Transfer the mixture into a greased baking pan.

● Bake for 1 hour.

● After 1 hour, pour the remaining condensed milk and add grated cheese.

● Bake for another 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.

● Remove from the oven, cool down before slice.

● Slice cassava cake into serving 😋
