Cabbage Is Tastier Than Meat. Why Didn’t I Know About This Cabbage Recipe?

Ingredients:

  • 1 small head of cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: red pepper flakes for a bit of heat
  • Optional: grated Parmesan cheese for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Heat the olive oil and butter in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the thinly sliced cabbage to the skillet. Stir-fry the cabbage, tossing occasionally, until it starts to wilt and turn golden brown around the edges, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Season the cabbage with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if using. Adjust seasoning according to your taste.
  5. Once the cabbage is tender and caramelized to your liking, remove it from the heat.
  6. Serve the stir-fried garlic butter cabbage hot as a side dish or even as a main course with some rice or noodles.
  7. Optionally, sprinkle some grated Parmesan cheese on top for extra flavor.
