Cabbage Is Tastier Than Meat. Why Didn’t I Know About This Cabbage Recipe?
Ingredients:
- 1 small head of cabbage, thinly sliced
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: red pepper flakes for a bit of heat
- Optional: grated Parmesan cheese for garnish
Instructions:
- Heat the olive oil and butter in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the thinly sliced cabbage to the skillet. Stir-fry the cabbage, tossing occasionally, until it starts to wilt and turn golden brown around the edges, about 5-7 minutes.
- Season the cabbage with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if using. Adjust seasoning according to your taste.
- Once the cabbage is tender and caramelized to your liking, remove it from the heat.
- Serve the stir-fried garlic butter cabbage hot as a side dish or even as a main course with some rice or noodles.
- Optionally, sprinkle some grated Parmesan cheese on top for extra flavor.
