Buffalo & BBQ cauliflower pizza


Ingredients:
1 head of cauliflower
Chop into cublet not to big
Season with staple items (seasoning salt, onion/ garlic powder, smoked/regular paprika, chicken seasoning, salt, pepper)
Plant based hot wing sauce
Diced onion
Cilantro
Thin pizza crust (Target)
Mozzarella cheese (violife)
Season and cook cauliflower
425 degrees 40 mins (rotate after 20 minutes)
Pizza base:
Onion
Cream cheese (violife)
Garlic
Milk
Sour cream (did not have any for this batch)
Homemade Ranch
Mayo (follow your heart)
Plant based Milk
Onion powder
Garlic powder
Garlic
Fresh dill
Milk
Lemon juice (used like this time had no lemon)
Apple cider vinegar
pinch of paprika
BBQ sauce
Ketchup
Apple cider vinegar
Smoked paprika
Paprika
Onion powder
Garlic powder
Brown sugar
Liquid aminos
Worcestershire sauce
Coconut amino
Dress pizza with cauliflower, pizza base, and onions. Cook according to pizza crust instructions. After pizza cools add cilantro and ranch.
