Broccoli & Cauliflower Cottage Cheese Bake ![]()

A creamy, high-protein veggie casserole.
Ingredients:
• 2 cups broccoli florets (small pieces)
• 2 cups cauliflower florets (small pieces)
• 1/2 cup cottage cheese
• 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
• 1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
• 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
• 1/4 tsp salt
• Black pepper to taste
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish.
Steam or boil broccoli and cauliflower for 5–6 minutes until slightly tender. Drain well.
In a bowl, mix cottage cheese, cream cheese, half of the shredded cheese, parmesan, garlic, and seasonings until smooth.
Stir in the cooked vegetables until coated.
Transfer to the baking dish and spread evenly.
Top with remaining shredded cheese.
Bake for 25–30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Let rest a few minutes before serving.
