Broccoli and cauliflower cheese casserole

Ingredients
Cook 1 Cup of Rice
Steam 5 Cups of broccoli and cauliflower
For the “cheese” sauce
In a blender purée the following:
1 15oz can of chickpeas, aquafaba included
1 Tbsp vegetable broth base
1/2 Cup of nutritional yeast
The juice from half a lemon
2 Tbsp Tahini
1 tsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
I layered the rice and steamed veggies then covered in the sauce. Bake for 15 minutes on 350
