Ingredients
2 bread slices
2 eggs
Method
Flatten the bread slices using a rolling pin
Press each slice into a ramekin to form a cup shape
Crack one egg into each bread cup
Place the ramekins in the air fryer basket
Cook at 180°C for 6–8 minutes
Remove carefully and serve immediately
Tips (optional but viral-friendly)
6 min = runny yolk
8 min = more set yolk
Add salt, pepper, or cheese if desired
