Blueberry Yogurt Protein Bars

Ingredients:-
- 2 cups old-fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder (ensure it fits your dietary needs)
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (adjust according to sweetness preference)
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
Instructions:-
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- In a large bowl, mix together the oats, protein powder, almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together the applesauce, honey/maple syrup, and Greek yogurt until well combined.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients, stirring until fully mixed.
- Gently fold in the blueberries, being careful not to overmix to avoid smashing the berries.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
