Ingredients:
• 1 cup cottage cheese
• ½ cup Greek yogurt (or cream cheese for richer flavor)
• 2–3 tablespoons honey or low-carb sweetener
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• ½ cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
• 2 tablespoons milk (as needed for blending)
Instructions:
Add cottage cheese, Greek yogurt (or cream cheese), sweetener, and vanilla to a blender.
Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
