Berry Cheesecake Fluff

Ingredients

  • ▢2 packages cream cheese 8oz/250g package, softened
  • ▢⅔ cup powdered sugar
  • ▢1 ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ▢12 oz Cool Whip thawed
  • ▢3 cups mini marshmallows
  • ▢18 oz fresh blueberries
  • ▢16 oz fresh strawberries diced
  • ▢6 oz fresh raspberries

Instructions

  • Add the cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla to a large mixing bowl. Beat with a mixer until smooth.
  • Fold in Cool Whip.
  • Fold in the marshmallows and berries.
  • Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Serve chilled.
