- 1 lb flank steak or sirloin, thinly sliced
- 4 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce (or tamari)
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce (look for no-added-sugar version)
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil
- Β½ cup low-sodium beef broth
- 1 tsp cornstarch (optional, for light thickening)
- Red pepper flakes (optional)

- Prep sauce:
Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, broth, and cornstarch (if using). Set aside. - Cook beef:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Add beef in a single layer and cook 2β3 minutes per side. Remove and set aside. - Cook broccoli:
In the same pan, add broccoli and a splash of water. Cover and steam 2β3 minutes until tender-crisp. - Add flavor:
Stir in garlic and ginger. Cook 30 seconds until fragrant. - Combine:
Return beef to the pan. Pour in sauce mixture. Stir 1β2 minutes until slightly thickened. - Finish:
Drizzle sesame oil and add red pepper flakes if desired.
