Banana oatmeal breakfast loaf

Hi all here are the two recipies.

Each is for 1 serving in a mini loaf pan

This one is Zero Points

Banana Oatmeal Loaf with Blueberries

1 egg

1 banana (mashed)

1/3 c rolled oats

1 tsp vanilla

1 tsp cinn( opt)

1/2 to 1/3 c blueberries

I added 1tsp monkey fruit brown sugar sweetener (zero points)

Mix together.

Bake in mini leaf pan 30/35 min on 350

This one is 1 Point

Banana Oatmeal Loaf with Raspberries

1 egg

1 banana (mashed)

1/4 c rolled oats

1Tbls Hungry Jack Pancake mix

1Tsp baking powder

1 tsp vanilla

1 tsp cinn ( opt)

1/2 to 3/4 c raspberries

I added 1tsp monkey fruit brown sugar sweetener ( zero points)

Mix together.

Bake in mini leaf pan 30/35 min on 350

I baked them the night before then in the am, sliced them in half and toasted them in a toaster over and used a little I cant believe ita not butter light (this will add a point or 2 depending on how much you use?
